This statement applies to all products and services provided by The Clothing Compass.
The Clothing Compass, with its registered office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, at Johan Huizingalaan 763A, is responsible for the processing of personal data as mentioned in this privacy statement.
Personal data we process
The Clothing Compass processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided it to us. Data which The Clothing Compass may need from you or is necessary with regard to the objectives as listed below and that The Clothing Compass in any case and at least processes include:

Does The Clothing Compass also process special personal data?
Special personal data concerns sensitive data, for example about your health or a criminal record, ethnical data or data concerning race. The Clothing Compass does not process special personal data.

As soon as you have entered into an agreement with The Clothing Compass, we want to be of service to you in the best possible way. We will therefore use your data for the following objectives:

The Clothing Compass will save your data no longer than strictly necessary and in order to put into practice the objectives for which your data was collected.

Your rights with regard to privacy
